Mark Osterberg, PhD is a founder, director and CEO of Omnia. Mark is an exploration geologist with decades of base and precious metals mining experience and expertise. He earned a PhD from the University of Arizona and spend the first half of his career working for Gold Fields Mining Corporation, Cyprus Mining Company, and BHP. Since 2001, he has worked as the founding principal for Mine Mappers, LLC, a geological consulting firm specializing in resource discovery and delineation, working almost entirely within the junior mining sector. He has solid, comprehensive experience in more than 100 discovery stage gold, copper, and base metal projects. Of these, more than 25 advanced from discovery to delineation, 21 of the 25 advanced through the delineation stages to regulatory compliant resources and reserves and most of these projects reached commercial production.
Gregg C.E. Johnson, KM, LL.B., J.D. is a founder and director of Omnia. He received his law degree in 1988 from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada, and was admitted as a lawyer in Alberta in 1989. He has extensive experience in corporate compliance and senior management of high-growth entrepreneurial companies. His career has also included experience in all stages of public company development and venture capital for emerging growth companies across Canada and the United States. From 2021-23, Mr. Johnson was the CEO of Serenus Global Inc., a privately held, fast-growing, medical company based in Tempe, Arizona and Calgary, Alberta. From 2017-21, he was the CEO of Upeva, Inc., which provided business advisory services pertaining to capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, crowdfunding, and NASDAQ compliance. Mr. Johnson was the primary advisor to VirTra, Inc. on their successful effort to list on NASDAQ as well as a member of VirTra’s Advisory Board. He served as corporate secretary and director of Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. from 2016-20, a company which focuses on the development and commercialization of innovative biomedical treatment alternatives.
Terry Hales, J.D. is a founder, director, secretary and general counsel of Omnia. Terry is admitted to the Bar in Arizona and holds a Series 65 investment advisory license. He served as secretary and general counsel of Serenus Therapeutics, Inc. from 2021-23. From July 2016 to May 2020, he was general counsel of Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVOS) helping Vivos prepare for its eventual IPO in December 2020. Mr. Hales has also served as president and general counsel of Upeva, Inc. from 2017-21. Upeva provided strategic business consulting services to growing businesses. Prior Upeva clients include VirTra, Inc. (NASDAQ: VTSI) and Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. (CSE: HARV) that was subsequently acquired for $2.2 Billion by Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE: TRUL). From January 2014 to December 2016, Mr. Hales served as president and general counsel of Summit Capital (USA), Inc., a strategic business consulting services company.
Roy Alexander, MBA is a founder, treasurer and CFO of Omnia. He is a financial executive with a deep track record in turnaround, restructuring, post-acquisition transition, and performance optimization. He earned an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and is a CPA. Roy has accumulated significant experience in corporate finance and consulting roles as founder and managing member of RLA Advisors, LLC, primarily serving lower- and middle-market organizations. He is especially adept at complex situations, aligning leadership and stakeholders, and executing pragmatic programs that stabilize operations and drive growth, skills that are in short supply in the junior mining sector.
Thomas Bidgood, PhD is a founder of Omnia. Tom is an exploration geologist with decades of base and precious metals mining experience and expertise. He earned a PhD from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and then spent the first half of his career working for Kerr McGee, Cominco American, Amax Exploration, Amax Gold, and Cyprus-Amax, major U.S. based mining companies. The remaining portion of his career included stints as a professor at Colorado Christian University and as a principal consulting geologist at Mine Mappers, LLC. He has solid, comprehensive experience in more than 100 discovery stage gold, copper, and base metal projects. Of these, more than 25 advanced from discovery to delineation, 21 of the 25 advanced through the delineation stages to regulatory compliant resources and reserves and most of these projects reached commercial production.
